When we opened the companionway doors in the morning there was a surprise in the cockpit. A box of half a dozen Crispy Kreme donuts! I had forgotten that when we registered upon arrival that I had checked the box "donuts delivered to your boat in the morning".

What do the health conscious Davies family do with these donuts ? Well we ate all 6 of them of course. Needless to say we were no longer hungry for breakfast. Oh well. Lynn went to the office later to undo our delivery for the next day.

Another Canadian flagged boat appeared this morning. This couple from Edmonton had purchased a catamaran named "PURRFECT" ( Ross you would appreciate that name ) from somewhere in Ontario and were also heading for Florida.

Beautiful day here in Savannah. With a high of 22C we decided to "uber" into town and check out the sites again. Savannah is such a great place to visit with amazing colonial and victorian architecture.

This is the home where various parts of the movie " Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" was shot

"Armstrong House" which was a junior college was purchased by hotelier Richard C. Kessler and renovated so it can be his own personal residence. The wrought iron gates are patterned after the ones around Buckingham Palace.

Built in 1732 , this is the oldest house still standing in Savannah.

Not a good picture, but this is the statue commissioned by the wives and daughters of Confederate soldiers after the civil war. Apparently they were so adamant that no part of the statue ever touch "northern soil", they purchased the raw sandstone from Canada and had it shipped via the sea to the south bypassing any chance that it touch "Union" soil
