Well the FBG crew did it. We officially made to the Hudson River! Today was miserable outside ( rain, rain and more rain ). The crew was contemplating staying an extra day in Schenectady but it turns out that all of the interesting stuff sights are closed on Mondays. So we got into our serious rain gear and tackled 6 canals, one Guard Gate ( the only one that closes on the entire Erie Canal ) and over 21 miles. It was a challenging day given the rain. We didn't want to stay in the boat all day or wander around a small town in this weather so we had to suck it up.
